Of course, you will also have to make sure that it’s a “tangible product,” that is, something you will have to mail to the customer. If you have electronic files that you’re selling, it’s better to burn them to disk before you put them on eBay. It’s a good way to keep your account from getting suspended.

Not that I would condone this, and eBay might not support it, but let’s say you sell a Playstation on eBay. You could include a link to your own website, where they can buy electronic copies of game guides and guides to hack the Playstation for different games.
